The Tournament of Roses Parade or Rose Bowl Parade 2010 begins at 8:00 AM PST. It's a tradition, and sets off a day-long set of festivities in Pasadena, CA that culminates with the Rose Bowl, which this year hosts the Ohio State Buckeyes vs. the Oregon Ducks.
